Fast charging protocol is to stipulate, stipulate what protocol charging speed is how fast. Each cell phone manufacturer has its own fast charging solution, and the fast charging protocols of different brands of cell phones are different.

In addition to PD fast charging, QC 2.0/3.0 public fast charging protocols, there are also Huawei’s FCP fast charging protocol, SCP super fast charging protocol, OPPO’s VOOC flash charging and so on (at present, only Huawei’s 22.5W super fast charging has been made public, and other private fast charging protocols have not been made public)

The compatibility of the protocol determines whether the charger can charge the phone quickly. For example, if you use a 30W PD fast charger to charge iPhone 11 or previous devices, you can’t realize 30W, because iPhone 11 supports a maximum of 18W; and if you use a 60W QC fast charger to charge your iPhone, you can’t realize 60W fast charging, because Apple doesn’t support QC fast charging.

Fourth, the charging speed is also affected by the temperature of the charger is generally over-temperature protection, we know that chargers, data cables and cell phones will heat up when charging, when the temperature reaches the maximum operating temperature (35 ° C or 40 °, the specific difference), the charger will be the power down to ensure that the temperature will not be too high, so when the power down the charging speed will also be down!

If the phone doesn’t support fast charging, even with a good cable and a good charger, the charging speed won’t be fast enough!

Or the phone supports fast charging, the charging head is also fast charging, just take a slow charging data line also can not reach the fast charging speed.
